The starry evening will raise funds for the 11 camps that are included in the Hole in the Wall Foundation, which was created by the late Paul Newman as a free-of-charge outlet for seriously ill children to overcome the limitations of their illnesses. The 7 PM evening is set to feature performances by Joshua Bell, Harry Connick, Jr., Art Garfunkel, Yo-Yo Ma, Jerry Seinfeld, Take 6, James Taylor and young campers from Hole in the Wall.
The Newman's Own Foundation underwrites the event, which allows 100 percent of the ticket sales to directly benefit the Hole in the Wall Camps Foundation. Founded over 20 years ago, the Hole in the Wall Camps are the largest association of camps that serve the needs of seriously ill children.
Performance-only tickets are $50, and benefit tickets, including an after-party, begin at $1,500. For tickets phone (212) 721-6500 or visit LincolnCenter.
