Related Management is the brain, heart and soul of Columbus Circle. We are a collaborative force driven by expertise, ingenuity and passion.

Please note that this role is currently weekends only. 16 hours per week maximum.

Role Summary

This Brand Ambassador is the associate in charge of greeting, welcoming, and assisting guests, shoppers, diners, and tenant employees to The Shops at Columbus Circle; they set the tone of the experience each customer is going to have as they cross the property threshold.

The Brand Ambassador post is positioned strategically throughout the retail center to best serve the customers who visit and experience it.

In addition to setting the tone, this brand ambassador creates experiences for our guests, weaving together meaningful activities based on what they have learned during their conversations. The brand ambassador is responsible for generating guest interest in our retailers and the products and services they offer, making dinner reservations, speaking about featured artists and activations, securing ground transportation and for following up with customers as they conclude their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Service, Sales, and Client Development

· Welcome and greet guests, diners, and shoppers to the retail center.

· Generate excitement about The Shops at Columbus Circle to all who inquire.

· Model brand behaviors for coworkers, guests, and tenants.

· Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and remaining focused on the customer.

· Conduct meaningful conversations to drive business into The Shops at Columbus Circle, directly to our retailers, and into our restaurants and attractions.

· Answer questions in story form regarding the buildings, neighborhood, or Columbus Circle development.

· Develop strong relationships with coworkers, owners, and tenants.

· Welcome large groups to the property.

· Help guests in and out of cabs, Ubers, and/or personal cars and limousines.

· Assist guests with large packages, carts, luggage, etc.

· Delivering our brand while working on your feet for an entire shift.

Education and Professional Qualifications

· Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preference in Hospitality, Entertainment.

· Possess technological skills to operate Microsoft Office programs and a variety of other platforms.
