Founded in 2006, Broadway Dreams offers mentorship-driven performing arts training programs throughout the year, drawing on a wide network of teaching artists from the Broadway community, inspiring students to awaken their highest potential. Broadway Dreams has inspired more than 20,000 students in more than 8 countries, including a record 3,200 in-person students in 2022 alone. Broadway Dreams has to-date awarded more than $1.5M in scholarships, with more than 150 students booking professional breakthrough jobs since 2018. The non-profit organization empowers aspiring young artists through performing arts training, with a focus on the acting, voice, and dance disciplines. Program intensives are led by an exceptional faculty of respected Broadway professionals.
JOB OVERVIEW
Broadway Dreams is seeking a talented and versatile marketing professional to join our passionate and dynamic team. This remote, part-time position requires a creative individual with a strong background in digital marketing to oversee the performing arts training organization’s social media and traditional marketing strategies. As the Digital Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and increased enrollment for our educational programming and high profile fundraising events.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Broadway Dreams across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter (X).
  • Collaborate with our graphic designer and creative team to create engaging content with videos, graphics, and dynamic copywriting to attract and engage our target audience..
  • Manage community engagement across all social channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.
  • Coordinate traditional marketing efforts, such as direct outreach, postcards, brochures, and email campaigns.
  • Oversee the organization and growth of the organization’s electronic mailing lists in MailChimp.
  • Community and partnership outreach
  • Maintain the organization’s website ensuring all content is as current as possible.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Broadway Dreams remains competitive.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and traditional marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for the arts and entertainment industry.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
