SYNOPSIS: Lincoln Wolfe is the very picture of education, charm, wit, and class but has allegedly led a secret double life as a pathological victimizer. Inspired by the enduring ideas and enigmatic characters found in Ibsen’s classic The Master Builder, The Master Comic explores issues of race and respectability politics, and examines the existential and identity related problems specific to African Americans negotiating perceptions of success in the U.S.
