SYNOPSIS:

When Viola is separated from her brother in a shipwreck and finds herself on the shores of Illyria, she dons the guise of a young man named Cesario and enters the service of Duke Orsino, who employs her as an intermediary to court the Countess Olivia on his behalf. Complications of mistaken identity ensue in this, one of Shakespeare's most enduring comedies.
