The theatre's major annual fundraising effort typically takes place in a Broadway house and draws numerous theatre luminaries. In the past, Angela Lansbury, Tommy Makem, Liam Neeson, Rosie O'Donnell, Natasha Richardson, Vanessa Redgrave, Kevin Spacey and Eric Stolz have attended the benefit.

The Irish Rep is currently running John Murphy's The Country Boy.
