The Sixth Annual Irish Rep Broadway Benefit will take place June 5 in New York City. Irish Rep's Charlotte Moore told Playbill On-Line that the theatre and special guests for the event are not confirmed.
The theatre's major annual fundraising effort typically takes place in a Broadway house and draws numerous theatre luminaries. In the past, Angela Lansbury, Tommy Makem, Liam Neeson, Rosie O'Donnell, Natasha Richardson, Vanessa Redgrave, Kevin Spacey and Eric Stolz have attended the benefit.
The Irish Rep is currently running John Murphy's The Country Boy.
Tickets to The Country Boy range from $30 - $35. The Irish Repertory Theatre is located at 132 West 22nd Street (between Sixth and Seventh Avenues). For further information call (212) 727-2737.
