The Wing, famous for awarding both the Tony Awards (with The Broadway League) and the Obie Awards, works on a national scale advancing theatre in many forms. Wing President and CEO Heather Hitchens shared in a statement, "Two of the honors recognize our partnership work on Counting Together. True, systemic change requires many partners working together. Therefore, I want to acknowledge all of the partners that make up the Counting Together coalition, and especially recognize The Dramatists Guild and Emmanuel Wilson."

It entertains and informs audiences by capturing important moments of evolution within theatre across five decades of programming and work from across the nation.

Winners will celebrate at the first annual Anthem Voices virtual conference as well as the virtual Awards Show February 28. Fans will be able to watch on-demand.
