Feinstein’s/54 Below, the 134-seat supper club located below Studio 54, will boast these events of interest to theatre folk the week of June 8–15.

June 8–10: Paolo Szot: Salute to Broadway
For his sixth appearance at this club, the Tony-winning actor is promising a concert of rarely heard showtunes. 7 PM Thursday–Friday, plus 9:30 PM Thursday and Saturday. Click here for details.

June 8: Delighted Tobehere: High Heels and Low Notes
Drag artist Delighted Tobehere will recount her life and career “from her Southern Baptist upbringing, to her triumphant performance singing bass on America’s Got Talent.” 11:30 PM

To kick off Tony weekend, the singer, pianist, artist, and record executive who once endured being slammed in his school locker by bullies will perform “a treasure trove of songs ranging from Kander & Ebb to Carrie.” 9:30 PM

June 11: BC/EFA Tony Awards at Feinstein’s/54 Below

June 12: David Yazbek, with Special Guest Michael Cerveris

June 12, July 6: You Don’t Own Me: The Fearless Females of the 1960s
Singer Carol J. Bufford delves into the social forces that brought to the fore in American culture the likes of Carole King, Janis Joplin, Dusty Springfield, Tina Turner, and Lesley Gore. 9:30 PM

June 13–24: Brian Stokes Mitchell
The Tony-winning actor makes his solo Feinstein’s/54 Below debut with a concert of songs, mainly from his forthcoming album Playing With Music. 7 PM Click here for details.

June 13: It Takes A Woman… An Evening with Alexis Michelle
The drag artist recounts her life story with the help of songs ranging from standards like “Bill” to Broadway character numbers like “A Call from the Vatican,” and new interpretations of contemporary pop hits. 9:30 PM

June 14: 54 Sings Henry, Sweet Henry
Ron Spivak (as Henry Orient), Alexa Shae Niziak (as Kafritz), Beada Briglia, Evia Dolan, and original cast member Neva Small are among scheduled performers of a concert version of the Bob Merrill score to this short-lived 1967 musical based on The World of Henry Orient. 7 PM

June 14: Nicole Henry
The vocalist performs selections from the American Songbook, blues, modern standards, and originals. 9:30 PM

June 15: Lily LaGravenese (has) Standards
The singer makes her Feinstein’s/54 Below debut. 9:30 PM
