A previously unreleased studio recording of one of Alan's compositions, featuring Ramin Karimloo and Hadley Fraser, will be included as a bonus track.

A majority of the album, which will be produced by the composer and StylesFour Productions, will be recorded live at Alan's already sold-out Birdland concert on April 30 at 7 PM. The recording will feature musical direction, arrangements and orchestrations by Jesse Vargas. Due to Monday-night Broadway schedules, some talent will record their tracks prior to the 7 PM concert.

Because the 7 PM concert is already sold out, Birdland has added a 3 PM "Behind the Scenes" concert, which will also serve as a sound check for the performers and the musicians. Due to performance schedules, not all performers will be on hand for the afternoon concert; audiences should also expect retakes and stops during the concert. Tickets are $25 for the 3 PM concert; no drinks or food will be served. There is also no age requirement. Doors will open at 2:30 PM for general seating. To purchase tickets, call (212) 581-3080 or visit http://www.birdlandjazz.com/event/104359.
