News Telly Leung, Nick Blaemire, Joe Iconis Take Part in Tonight's Songwriters' Salon The Songwriters' Salon, a casual showcase of musical theatre composers and lyricists, returns Dec. 4 at the Times Square Arts Center.

Produced by Write Act Rep (under producing artistic director John Lant), Songwriters' Salon is conceived and directed by Colton Pometta.

The 7:30 PM performance features the music and lyrics of Nick Blaemire, Joe Iconis, Adam Overett and Rob Rokicki. Stephanie D'Abruzzo (Avenue Q) hosts.

Performers include Telly Leung, Blaemire, Brian Gallagher, Ashley Moniz, Howie Smith, Kathleen Monteleone and Overett.

According to press notes, "The Songwriters' Salon is a cabaret series that will feature 4 new musical theatre composers and lyricists on the first Thursday of each month. It's a casual and open playground for artists to meet and share new work."
