Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss will make their debut at Feinstein's/54 Below with An Evening with Marlow & Moss 3: Lost in New York, set for February 7 at 7 PM and 9:45 PM.
The collaborators' cabaret show will present the supper club's audiences with new material from their latest work along with some jokes and selected special guests.
English-born writers Marlow and Moss co-wrote Broadway pop musical Six,about the wives of King Henry VIII (whose fates—spoiler—can be remembered with the rhyme "divorced, beheaded, died, divorced, beheaded, survived"). Broadway shut down the show hours before its 2020 opening night, but the show officially returned to the stage last October.
Proceeds from the event support Self Help Africa's work to alleviate hunger, poverty, social inequality, and the impact of climate change in sub-Saharan Africa.
Blackhurst is offering several concerts at the NYC venue in the coming months, including tributes to Ethel Merman, Jerry Herman, Hoagy Carmichael, and more.
